Buildings & Pavilion Rental Information

As of January 3rd, 2022 our rental fees and deposits have changed. All pavilion rentals now require a deposit of $100.00 along with the rental fee. Please make sure to read all documents that you are signing at the time of rental.

YOU CANNOT RENT A PARK FACILITY ONLINE.

THIS SECTION IS FOR INSURANCE PURPOSE ONLY,

If you are needing to provide insurance for your event, you may contact Gather Guard for a quote. The Village of Swansea has enrolled with Gather Guard to provide renters and option for insurance.

Must be a Swansea Resident to rent.

Rental fee $100.00 and deposit fee $125.00 = $225.00 at time of rental.

Thompson Center Building
No Bands, DJs or Live Music allowed at the Thompson Center


Must be a Swansea Resident to rent.

Rental fee is $200.00 and deposit $250.00 = $450.00 at time of rental.
